Returns

Returns, including sale items, are within 7 days from date of delivery.

You can use the pre-paid returns label enclosed within your purchase. You just need to take the parcel to the Post Office. This is priced at £6.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund. £30 to Northern Ireland.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
